Shipping Policies
• All goods are sold strictly on EXW (Ex-Works) basis. Seller responsibility is limited only up to handing over the goods at our premises.
• Any shipping arranged by us through courier companies is only as a facilitation service to the buyer. The courier company acts independently and is solely responsible for transportation, handling, and delivery.
• Buyer may arrange their own courier pickup if desired.
• Once goods are handed over to the courier, all risks and responsibilities transfer to the buyer, including loss, delay, damage, or non-delivery.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to track and collect goods from the courier company.
• If shipment is undelivered due to non-acceptance / non-availability of buyer, all forward and return courier charges shall be borne by the buyer only.
• Delivery timelines provided by courier companies are indicative only and completely outside seller’s control.

• All goods are tested and verified working before dispatch from our premises.
• If any product is found non-working at buyer’s end, it shall be treated under warranty conditions only after verification.
• Buyer must send the product back at their own cost for inspection and warranty claim.
• Seller does not provide return pickup facility under any circumstances.
• Warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement, subject to inspection.
100% Refund/Replacement:
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, the you will find option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Changing or Canceling An Order:
Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be alterd or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to meantion clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits of Responsibility
• Seller liability is strictly limited to the value of the product only.
• Seller shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business loss, delay loss, or courier-related issues.
• Seller shall not be liable for any disputes arising due to courier company actions, including delay, damage, or loss in transit.
• Buyer agrees that all transactions are on EXW basis, and accepts full responsibility post-dispatch.
• Jurisdiction Limitation Clause:
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located at seller’s place of business only.
• Buyer agrees that seller shall be indemnified and held harmless against any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from misuse, handling, transportation, or third-party services (including courier).
